Singapore Couple Gives Out Free Isotonic Drinks To Runners, Wins Praise Online
A Singapore couple and their children handed out free isotonic drinks to runners and members of the public exercising at Woodlands Avenue 12 on 26 Sep 2026.
Syafa'at Rahman, 34, and Izyan Liana, 33, funded the initiative themselves after being inspired by a similar gesture overseas. They set up a small drinks station with two of their three children, who also helped distribute the drinks.
The couple, who are both runners, said they wanted to encourage others while teaching their children the value of helping others.
The initiative has since grown into FuelGudClub, an Instagram platform the couple started to promote community giving.
