An IG user, b3nx1a0, has criticised entrepreneur and workplace culture advocate Crystal Lim-Lange over past social media content that referenced National Service PES classifications, arguing that it was inconsistent with her recent comments on psychological safety in the workplace.
In the post, the user referenced remarks made by Lim-Lange that recently went viral, in which she argued that employees in Singapore are often reluctant to speak up because they fear negative consequences.
The user alleged that Lim-Lange had previously shared content that used NS PES classifications as a joke or ranking system, including a video that allegedly assessed men’s attractiveness based on their PES grades.
According to the post, the user had left a comment explaining what PES classifications represent and expressing concern about the use of the medical grading system as a punchline.
The user further claimed that they were subsequently blocked and that the original reel was later removed.
In the comments section, many netizens criticised Lim-Lange, with some sharing their own past experiences and interactions with her.

Lim-Lange recently went viral for remarks suggesting that employees often stay silent at work not because they lack opinions, but because they are weighing the potential consequences of speaking up.
She argued that many organisations do not provide the psychological safety needed for staff to raise concerns openly.
