WP MP Louis Chua seeks to legislate flexible work arrangements for all workers in Singapore. He brought up the issue in the recent parliamentary sitting.

He said all workers should have the right to FWA. Minister of State for Education and Manpower Gan Siow Huang responded by saying that not all forms of FWAs can be implemented across all jobs and risk making FWA rigid.

Netizens slammed Min Gan, saying that FWA is only detrimental to companies that want to exploit workers regardless of the situation they're in.
